Towing Policy:
We believe that one of the keys to your enjoyment of the Breezy Point experience is the assurance that those you meet while on the property are fellow residents, authorized guest(s), or Breezy Point staff. A STRICTLY ENFORCED towing policy is one of the important steps we take toward this goal. Please contact the Leasing Office at 757-440-0000 for a copy.
Renters Insurance:
Please be aware that your PERSONAL POSSESSIONS Are NOT COVERED FOR FIRE, THEFT OR OTHER PERILS. We highly recommend a RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY from your local insurance agent. Usually auto insurance companies offer this service and offers multi policy discounts.
After Hour Lock Outs:
There will be a $15.00 lock out fee if the resident is locked out after office hours. The fee will be charged to your rent ledger and is due immediately. Residents must have proper identification for verification.
